myStuff Inventory Organizer

This tool helps you list what you're shipping or storing for a PCS and keep an eye on the weight. Add items by category, set how many people are traveling, and check your totals against your UAB and HHE allowances. You can save a backup as a CSV file or as a cloud copy you reopen with a share code.

What you enter

• The number of travelers, which sets your unaccompanied air baggage allowance.
• Each item with its weight and category, such as UAB, household effects, vehicle, storage or luggage.
• Tags and notes of your own, so you can sort and filter the list later.

What you get

Running totals for each category against your allowances, with a list you can filter, sort and view in different ways. For official rules on shipping and storage, see 14 FAM 610.

Where your list is saved

Your list is saved in your browser, on the device you used. For a backup, export a CSV file, or save a cloud copy and write down the share code the tool gives you. Anyone who has the code can open and edit that list, so treat it like a password.

What it leaves out

The tool doesn't know your orders, your agency's limits for your situation, or the weight a carrier will actually record. Use it for planning and check the final numbers with your travel office or GSO.

Common questions

What if I lose my share code?

Without the code, a cloud copy can't be reopened, because there are no accounts. Keep a CSV export as well.

Can someone else open my list?

Only a person who has your share code can open that list. Don't post the code where others can see it.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. The tool is built for phones as well as computers, and the cloud copy lets you pick up on another device.
